In this case, it is likely an oversize shipment. We are able to arrange for the transport of such shipment; however, we will need the measurements of the shipment and sufficient time to obtain all necessary authorisations. This service will be offered to you by our special transportations departments in Plzeň and Ostrava.
With all shipments we ensure that the transporter has taken out proper road transporter liability insurance. In addition, CARGO IHL has “Shipper Liability Insurance” for an amount of CZK 5,000,000 with UNIQUA. The transportation of frozen goods is not possible by collection service, as it is not possible to guarantee that the requirements for temperature control during transportation will be met. For transportation of frozen goods of smaller volumes and weight, we offer you delivery trucks with cooling units.

Yes, transportation of bulk cargo is possible in special trailers.
It depends how comprehensive your request is. In general, we deal with all requests within 24 hours, but we will answer most of your questions within 2 hours of receiving them.

Yes, we have a warehouse in Hořovice which is intended for both our collection service and for long-term and short-term storage. On request, we will find other storage options anywhere in the Czech Republic. We will be happy to provide you with more information by phone.
Not entirely. We provide transport to countries that are not listed in the collection service section, however, not to such an extent as to the listed countries. Do not hesitate to send

Incoterms is a set of international rules used in foreign trade. These rules apply to relations arising from purchase contracts, obligations in customs clearance, packaging or transportation. We recommend that our customers should list the agreed Incoterms clauses in their transport orders.

Always, ideally in the presence of the driver, identify the extent of the damage and make photo-documentation. Write down your reservations regarding the condition of the shipment in the CMR freight bill, or delivery note. Prepare a damage report, list what exactly and in what quantity is missing or was damaged. Keep the damaged goods for a potential inspection by a loss adjuster from the insurer.
